Didge
Hi, II've been running the v1.10.2 beta - today it is asking for a Product Key. I purchased AP via the App Store - so I dont actually have a product key. On your support page, it says to log onto my account and go to the 'Downloads and product keys' page to get the keys, but there are no keys available there - only downloads of old trial versions. How can I reactivate the beta ? BTW - I know that v1.10.3 has been released and I have installed that 0- but presumably you are ruining new betas as well ? markw
There are no Keys for the beta apps and it has been commented on in the past about the perhaps less than helpful phrasing of that window. The window is triggered when a beta app detects a release version greater than itself or if it can not find an installed retail version. At the moment there are no new Beta apps available but give it a week or so and new beta apps will once again be available to try. macOS 12.7.6 | 15" Macbook Pro, 2017 | 4 Core i7 3.1GHz CPU | Radeon Pro 555 2GB GPU + Integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 1.536GB | 16GB RAM | Wacom Intuos4 M

You will need to wait for a 1.10.4 beta if you want to use the beta, now that you've updated the retail version to 1.10.3. But why not use the retail version, at this point? -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. Didge
Because I'm hoping 1.10.4 beta will fix some of the issues that carried over from 10.1.2 to 10.1.3.
