Part of that is already available. If you do any kind of Select Same... then everything that matches that selection is selected in the Layers panel, and if you hide or show one of them you will hide or show all of them. It could be somewhat working and tolerable if we had a button /command to show only selected layers. Like isolating all selected layers with Alt and keep them exportable that way.
