After I confirmed my purchase with OTP, the web shows it cannot finished the payment. But the transaction has been completed, money went out from my card what should I do? I was wrongfully charged 3 times for the same program after it said like you mentioned above ( it cannot finished the payment) added screenshots of my bank statement too. affinity you guys really need to fix this issue sense im not the only one having it and fast.
