David Wilcock Posted August 12, 2021 Posted August 12, 2021 Using Fuji Raw files to add to Panarama. It locks up Affinity Photo and have to close and restart. I tried a single file still a problem. David Quote
Staff Chris B Posted August 20, 2021 Staff Posted August 20, 2021 Hi David, I'm not seeing an issue here. Can you share enough samples so I can try and reproduce this please? Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
Subclavius Posted August 20, 2021 Posted August 20, 2021 Have you tried turning off hardware acceleration (Edit > Preferences > Performance)? I can stitch a panorama successfully with my Fuji RAW files Quote
David Wilcock Posted August 21, 2021 Author Posted August 21, 2021 Thanks for the feedback. Subclavius - I have made the changes to the performance and switched off to no avail. I notice when I try to add any fuji raw file it just hangs. If I use jpg tif etc it works. So what happens. I add a file fuji raw file and the whole program hangs. I have to reboot the program. If I use jpg and tif files it works no problem. Interestingly enough Affinity photo can ordinarily open to do any edits just not in panorama. I can put a few of my fuji raw files in a google drive with link. Link to files https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Dy_FRliDzkkhb9qhoMKxAI8sFKgxkE4C?usp=sharing Thanks for your interest and help. Subclavius Posted August 21, 2021 Posted August 21, 2021 Thanks for sharing the pics. Your Fuji files stitch together fine on my pc, both with and without HA (see pic). Things to consider now: also on the Performance panel you will see a memory limit - try increasing this as high as it will allow, as a test. On my pc I have it set to the maximum check out this post about other software which can conflict with APhoto other things might be the graphics drivers, or just possibly the hardware. Are you able to give any details about hardware/graphics drivers installed in your system? Chris B and uneMule 2 Quote
