Bible9230
I own all 3 products. Publisher shows that I can use Designer and Photo. When I open either Photo or Designer, I am unable to edit in any other of the programs. It seems that only Publisher is linked correctly. Am I missing something? Old Bruce
I believe you are talking about Studio Link and this is a feature of Publisher and Publisher only. Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4 Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
walt.farrell
If you want to access Designer from Photo, or vice versa, you need to use File > Edit in (the app you want). Bible9230
Ok. I figured it out. The real problem was not the linking but that it was greyed out and not an available selection due to there being no project opened yet. Since I just purchased the other two software and was not actually using them yet, I got ahead of myself and wanted to switch between applications, but there was no image to work with. Studio Link allows switching without an open project, File> Edit in (the app you want), does not. Thanks. Sorry for the trouble.
