Sweatman Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 Can you not make a simple flood-fill layer in Designer Persona (Affinity Designer)? Or can it only be done in Pixel Persona? All I want is a simple flat colored layer. I know it's not monumentally inconvenient to switch Personas, but I just wanna know if I'm missing something. Thanks in advance. =] Quote
kaffeeundsalz Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 Draw a large rectangle, fill it with the color you like and send it to the background. No need to switch personas. Alfred and Sweatman 2 Quote
Sweatman Posted May 31, 2021 Author Posted May 31, 2021 That works even better!! Thank you @kaffeeundsalz. 😃 Quote
kaffeeundsalz Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 You're welcome. Just for the sake of completeness: Affinity Photo does indeed have Fill layers, so if you own both applications, that would be another way to achieve what you want. Quote
Sweatman Posted May 31, 2021 Author Posted May 31, 2021 I'm not smart enough to run both apps. And I'm having enough trouble just getting up-to-speed with Designer. =] Quote
