nonresidentalien
Since one of the most recent updates there is a lot of unnecessary low-res rendering going on when Affinity Designer vector objects are copied. Earlier, some of these issues could be fixed by pasting into Preview and copying from there but now there is no fix other than exporting to a bitmap. Please fix soon, this is incredibly annoying. pyxelles
loukash
I have no idea what it's about. Please post example files and steps how to replicate it. loukash
Are you using any layer effects or adjustments that would rasterize the content? Also check out Preferences > General > Clipboard > "Copy items as SVG". Some apps don't handle Affinity's SVG from clipboard well. Disabling this option will put PDF to the clipboard instead which Preview and Keynote should handle just fine. Dazmondo77
Some thing appears to be broke with 1.9 clipboard which was reported earlier in the year, I'm guessing it should be fixed soon - not sure what the problem is but for me, copy pasting from affinity to illustrator or VectorStyler now converts CMYK to RGB which always worked great in past versions and kept CMYK percentages, providing you had the same colour profile set - fingers crossed for the next round of betas as I have a big job coming up which needs a lot of vector distortions and this bug will cause a ton of grief nonresidentalien 1 Quote Mac Pro Cheese-grater (Early 2009) 2.93 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon 48 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 ECC Ram, Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 580 8GB GDDR5, Ugee 19" Graphics Tablet Monitor Triple boot via OCLP 1.2.1 - Mac OS Monterey 12.7.1, Sonoma 14.1.1 and Mojave 10.14.6 Affinity Publisher, Designer and Photo 1.10.5 - 2.2.1 www.bingercreative.co.uk
