Very minor help documentation error

Hi, very minor thing but the help page for Rotate Document View (online and in-app) refers to Designer prefs not Publisher when describing rotation with the mouse wheel.

… whereas the panel UI doesn't tell that the mouse wheel option "zoom" excludes its option "rotate" but rather indicates by the checkbox layout both options could be enabled at the same time.

That makes me wonder whether it is "by design" that in the Affinity UI the mouse wheel doesn't use both, Cmd and Option keys, and allow this way to use it for zooming and for scrolling (as e.g. my browser.app does), plus optionally for rotating, like this:
no key: scroll
option key: zoom (doesn't work)
command key: rotate

… though it works with the zoom checkbox active for zoom & scroll, it does not vice versa:
no key: zoom
option key: scroll (doesn't work)
command key: – (doesn't work)
