hotkeyable update button for all snapshots at once

Recommended Posts

If layer compositions out of a question  a simple "update snapshot"  button could be  a simple  substitution.

So I we move a layer  or tweak something  we wouldn't have to  make another set of snapshots  and delete previous ones for keeping  them  from multiplying uncontrollably.

So if cetain layer is visible in snapshots A and B  and I moved  it or  tweaked levels  in an adjustable layer visible in  snapshot A and C   al those snapshots would be updated respectably.

It sounds like you have a different expection and/or usage of Snapshots than I have.

To me, they're supposed to represent a point-in-time view of the document, and provide a simple way to get back to an earlier document state whose status I know. If they were to automatically change they could no longer provide that function.
