Hello,

I came across another mystery. I have several Global Colours set in the document. But with one special text frame, these colours look differently. They're much brighter almost like they're in another color space. Please, help me 🙂

Check the Blend Mode for that layer, it may be set to something other than Normal (colour burn(?)).

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.5.5 | Affinity Photo 2.5.5 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.5 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

I did it before, forgot to mention it. The problem is with the swatches itself. They look differently in the swatch panel and in the Paragraph Decoration selection:

Hi @Stepaan,

Sorry for the delay in replying to your post.  We were extremely busy when you posted your question and are just catching up with the last of the backlog of tickets now.

Are you still having this issue with your document in the latest version of Affinity?  If so, could you attach it here and i'll try to help :)

Thank you for the reply @stokerg! Here I attached the document. As you can see, I have created a document swatches palette called "Portfolio" with some global colors in it. If you open the Decorations dialog within the Paragraph panel, click on the Fill field and choose Swatches, there is the same "Portfolio" color palette, but displayed colors differ from these in Swatches dialog panel (some more, some less, it's obvious on first three swatches violet/blue variations of same colors). See the screenshot in my post from April 4/3/2021 above. I have a new computer and the issue is present on both machines. (Windows 10, always the latest update.)

Sincerely Stepan
