Affinity Photo crashes nearly every time I use it (on Windows 10 Build: 19042.867). I have this problem since the 1.9 update and I don't know, how to fix it..
Restarting the computer doesn't help and yes I have a good computer with enough ram etc.
I made my stuff in the photo-persona of affinity publisher, there weren't any problems

Hi @Lorex, Sorry for the delay.

Are you still having issues with Affinity Photo? Have you tried disabling OpenCL (hardware acceleration) in the apps Preferences > Performance to see if this has any effect? You can also make sure Windows is fully up to date and that you're vide card drivers are also the latest.

We've also just release an update (1.10) that has some performance and memory management improvements.

Yes, I am having the same issue.

So frustrating as all I need to do is a few edits but the programs just keeps crashing - will be consigned to the bin if not able to fix - totally non productive!

Any useful information that would allow anyone to give you any advice?

Two days of use and so far no crashes. I completely removed Affinity Photo. checked that were no linger files and then did a full shutdown.  Next I downloaded a fresh copy of Affinity Photo.  I installed it and then did a complete shut down.  After rebooting everything seems to be working fine (Knock on wood - laugh).  Two days and no crashes hope to make a full week.
