blackxacto
I saved the sign-in to Affinity Forums, but I can't show proof of my AP purchase. Is there a way to recover my original purchase info on Affinity Photo? I have just purchased Affinity Designer through Apple App Store. But can't figure out how to sign in and don't want to create a double sign into my Affinity Photo app.
walt.farrell
If you purchased it from Serif, you'll have an account at the Affinity Store, and your product key and the email you used can be found at https://affinity.store/account/downloads Note that the authentication email and password are separate from the ones you use to sign in to these forums. blackxacto
Thank you very much, Walt. I knew I purchased it, even the book, but I couldn't remember the details. Appreciate your help. Johnn R

2342345235
I PURCHASED AFFINITY PHOTO. I just discovered that I can’t redownload it from the Apple App Store. I am now forced to download a different app Affinity Photo 2. It seems to not allow me to restore my purchase of Affinity Photo and wants to force me to a trial? How do I restore my purchase or get refunded if you are not honoring my purchase? I do have all the digital receipts from Apple’s App tore.
