Alexander_ Posted February 18, 2021 Posted February 18, 2021 With the current Affinity Designer (1.9.0.932) on Windows 10 I am trying to open the attached simple PDF document. What happens when opening is that the import dialog pops up and shows no error messages and the correct page preview Unfortunately when pressing the OK button Affinity Designer crashes without any error message or possibility to recover. I could not find this issue in the list of known issues, the PDF file was generated from Inkscape 1.0.1. AprilTag 36h11 example 1 and 2.pdf Quote
Joachim_L Posted February 18, 2021 Posted February 18, 2021 Crashes not for me. Check if at %Appdata%\Affinity\Designer\1.0\CrashReports\reports is a crash report and upload it here. Staff Sean P Posted February 18, 2021 Staff Posted February 18, 2021 Hi Alexander_ Thanks for the PDF - its a very peculiar crash. The first session it opened fine for me (multiple times), then I closed and reopened Designer and then it crashed first time, reopened Designer and again it was fine, restarted Designer and it then crashed! I'll get this passed over to development. Quote
Alexander_ Posted February 18, 2021 Author Posted February 18, 2021 Thank you Sean, Really enjoying the 1.9 release and such a fast response to a bug report is fantastic. Quote
