I have installed 1.9 and suddenly on the upper area of a page i have unwanted gaps/empty lines in the text. i attached a screenshot. this was definetely not in the previous version. Could you upload an excerpt of your document, because your problems does not seem related to the Baseline Grid Manager? It's conceivable that they were present before, but that your design was masking their presence. It's easy to check: Text > Show Special Characters. If I'm wrong, it only costs you a few seconds to at least rule this out. But it seems to be a new bug. The document in the screenshot was not changed in the previous Publisher version in any way. Old version, Document OK. After update: Work messed up, missed deadline.
