When using the Elliptical Marquee Select tool in Photo 1.9.0.932 on a .tiff file in Windows 10 64 bit, Photo hangs up and stops responding. Have reproduced 3 times. Also, slow response times and jerky moves. 

Looks like I will need to rollback this latest release to continue my work.
