1.9 not opening

Ive installed the update and now it wont run.

Just shows the splashscreen for about 5 secs and then disapears. Ive tried uninstalling the programme and reinstalling but no differance. Running win 10

Hey Microvent,

Do you have a discrete graphics card? If so, can you make sure it has fully updated drivers please and make sure all Windows updates (if any) have been completed. Can you also try holding Ctrl when launching the app until you see a screen appear - then click Clear.

Hi Chris. I'm using a NVidia Geoforce card , drivers are updated. Windows is updated .

Ive reinstalled 1.8.5.703 software and all works ok. Do you suggest I try 1.9 again.

Hey Microvent,

I would suggest trying to install the beta. If that fails, you still have your 1.8.5 installed.

If you do wish to install it and it fails, please let me know.

Ik heb het probleem, Na de update naar versie 1.9 zie ik bij de start van de app een paar seconden een scherm wat direct weer verdwijnt en de app start vervolgens niet meer op

Hi Chris I installed the beta as you suggested but it still wont open, tried holding ctrl down as well but no differance.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. 

There has been a new update which has fixed a potential crash due to a bad OpenCL driver - could you try this one please

Tried this , unistalled previous beta it wouldnt overwrite just said setup failed

After installing new beta its just the same, splash screen then quits even with CTRL key held down

Ive just installed 1.91.952 and touch wood this opened at the second attempt. First time I hels the ctrl key down and cleared back to defaults.
