I bought Affinity Photo and Publisher yesterday, but something went wrong and they don't appear at my download area (I'm a previous customer). But the charge on my credit card is done... When this happens you may see a pending transaction on your account for a few days. This should drop back into your account once your bank realises we cannot collect the payment. This is most likely due to an error in the way your browser is handling the 3d secure check that is now mandatory for all EU online orders. Before trying again you may wish to check your browser is up to date If you can email affinity@serif.com we can confirm this is the case and, if necessary, manually arrange for you to place an order. eckhard Posted January 30, 2021 Share Posted January 30, 2021 is there a payal error or something? i tried several times to order affinity publisher and some brushes. probably there is an order or there is something under my "customer data" and i bought the stuff i want. i am not sure, if there were several orders with the same order because i messed with some buttons twice or more often, then please! let me know. ok... i clicked the purchase with paypal button and it asked me to log in. i logged in filled in all fields in the form bank account number etc and clicked purchase. i clicked the "next" button and the same page appeared. i did repeat the process. i am not even sure if i ordered something. paypal said my bank account was approved but nothing different. well? if there is nothing under my orders that i cannot see pls send me a personal payment link. I then made the payment for the 2 products via PayPal and there was no problem. I understand that the 1st transaction by card will be refunded to me no?
