Good day

I want to know if it is possible do do, if it is possible, how

I have  png image, but when i make the width:15px and the height:15px, the image look bad

How can I make a better one that will not show bad, but very good quality

There is no way. Try yourself, create a 15x15 px document and make a circle with the Pixel tool. Even exported as SVG the quality is bad. See attached image.

15px by 15px is tiny

What do you need an image that size for?

There may be another/better way.

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Sorry, IMO not too much options for you: A) Make the image bigger B) Make an alternative to your design C) Live with the result.

That's pretty small, such small shown are only favicons for websites, but there you usually use 16×16 px or 32×32 px icons for, which will then scale accordingly. - However, when using a vector one it's overall better scalable then, for different size purposes when saving/exporting that as a reusable PNG in the desired size ...
