jmwellborn
Welcome to the Forums, @John Pellerin! If you purchased your Affinity Photo from the Serif website, you can go to www.store.serif.com and then log in using your email address and password that you used to buy Photo. You will be directed to all of your downloads, and your Product key will be there. Hope this helps! Or, possibly, that you bought from the Serif store, but using a different email address to login. jmwellborn
@John Pellerin I was just typing a reply when @walt.farrell posted his reply! (I was suggesting that perhaps Walt could help you.) I have not purchased anything directly from either Microsoft or the Mac App Store, so cannot help you there. If you did buy Affinity Photo directly from Serif, you could send an email to support@seriflabs.com explaining your problem, but be advised that Serif staff are on an extended -- and much deserved -- holiday break from Dec. 24 to Jan. 4, 2021. walt.farrell
I'm not familiar with the email address that @jmwellborn suggested. If that one doesn't work, I would suggest affinity@serif.com instead. However, if you have logged in at https://affinity.store/account/downloads and you did not find a download with a product key, then you did not purchase there. At least, not with that email address. I seem to have two different addresses for a problem I recently had - which was resolved very quickly. 😳 Quote 24" iMAC Apple M1 chip, 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU, 16 GB unified memory, 1 TB SSD storage, Ventura 13.6.7.
