I Purchased the program from the Affinity web site.

Went to down loads and no product key there. Reinstalled Affinity Photo but still need a product key in 10 days. there is a order number but it doesn't work as a product key. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. John

Lost my hard drive and reinstalled Affinity Photo only to find out I need another Product key. Can someone please help. Lost at this point. Tried to call last week only to hear a recording.
