Tracking Guides (lock to nodes and bounding box points)

Concept: Guide is locked to a node. When moving the object or node, the guide maintains connection to that node, even when rotating the object. The guide maintains horizontal or vertical status.

For example, there would be Vertical/Horizontal Guide items in the context menu (right click) of the relevant Node.

And there could be two types of Guides - unbound with the Node, where the Guide is only created at the current Node position, and then bound, which changes its position with the Node.

Because Guides are often required to be not only vertical and horizontal, it could also be an interesting feature that when you rotate an object, the rotation of the Guide also changes, not just its position.

Why not, what if you wanted the guides to remain with the object but needed to move the object. Guides are static at the moment, what if they were dynamic.
