undercovergypsy
I am not using proper terminology but I want to see images and objects that are not on the page but on the workspace or off canvas on every page in publisher. In Corel Draw is called the desktop and the settings are found in the page palette if someone knows what I mean by that. Thanks

Thanks Hi, try View > View Mode > (untick) Clip to canvas (alternativelly just hit the backlash key "\" that is a default key to toggle the switch). I don’t understand why is clip to canvas on by default btw... undercovergypsy
Thank you. This is what I see in Affinity Publisher after "Clip to Canvas" is enabled - Just the bounding boxes (Example 1) Then, In Corel Draw you can see all the elements and objects on the desktop in every page view. I think I am asking for something that is not going to work. If I un-click the “Clip to Canvas” I see the two images on the desktop, but they are not visible on each page view. Thank you again. walt.farrell
The pasteboard in Publisher is separate for each document page, and is only to the right and left of the page. Aboi
Hi, this old but I am facing problem. How can I see objects on top and bottom? This canva setting allows only left and right, not top and bottom after a few cm. I will appreciate any tip.

As discussed above, the visible pasteboard in Publisher is the left and right of the active spread with only a tiny amount above and below, and each spread has its own pasteboard. You cannot see items in the pasteboards of other spread. One workaround that I've seen suggested: increase the top and bottom Bleed settings. You can do that in Document Setup (V2) or Spread Setup (V1). Of course, before Exporting you will probably want to reset the Bleed to something more normal.
