Ision Industries
Everytime I try to export slices the file output is always the wrong dimensions. Everytime i export something it exports as 1920x1080. I need my exports to be 64x64 px. What could be causing it to export with the wrong dimensions? I should note that I dont use artboards in my current projects setup. Could this possibly have something to do with the wrong exported file dimensions? Alfred
What are the dimensions of the document, how are you creating the slices, and what settings are you using when you try to export them? Ision Industries
Hi @Alfred here is that info you need Document Dimensions: 64x64 px Slices Creation: Through the layers studio in the export persona Export Settings: EPS - For Export
Alfred
If you need your exports to be 64 px × 64 px and your document is already that size, why are you bothering to create slices in the Export persona? You should be able to export directly via the ‘Export...’ command on the File menu. Ision Industries
To be honest I haven't used slices ever. I was just trying different options out. What are slices for? Thanks for pointing that export option out.
Ision Industries
So I tried using the "export" option from the File menu but the same thing still happens. The exported EPS file is outputing a file with 1920x1080 dimensions. I have attached an illustrator file to show you. I just imported my exported AD file into AI to show you. Ision Industries
So I found the issue, I guess I should have done more research before posting a question. This forum thread answers my problem. Apparently it has something to do with the DPI settings.
