Please add Proportional scaling as a preference

I bragged Affinity so much to my wife that she decided to try it (she also HATES Illustrator and misses FreeHand very much).

She started using it to make a flier that needs to include lots of logos in the last page.

Some logos are vectorial (eps or pdf) and some are bitmaps (tiff and png).

She had to scale all of them to make them roughly the same size.

However, the ones that are bitmaps, scale proportionally by default. And the ones that are vectorial require the pressing of the Shift key to scale proportionally.

Since there were so many, it was a nuisance to have to switch brain-gears constantly.

So, please, please, PLEASE, add the preference of keeping the proportional behavior consistent for all types of objects or to behave differently for bitmaps and non-bitmap objects.
