Pluscuamperfecto
Hi, I use affinity on windows 10 and a hp laptop with integrated uhd 620 card. I use it to paint mainly, and I change of color many times and quickly with the color picker. Occasionally 15-20 percent of the time, the color picker does not register the color. Sometimes, even not only the color is not registered, but immediately after, the brush when dragging it, it does not even paint, I have to lift it and put it back. I don't know if it has something to do with the fact that the alt key is also an input to use the menus quickly and interferes with the picker color (the truth is that in these times being able to configure the basic buttons should be mandatory, affinity is great but in this, it is sinning in the same as photoshop). Thank you for your attention.
Staff Chris B Posted October 15, 2020 Staff Share Posted October 15, 2020 Hey Pluscuamperfecto, Would you be able to post a screenshot of your UI (with the Layers Panel visible) when this seems to happen? A video would be even better if that's possible. Pluscuamperfecto
Hello, I have managed to make a one-minute video in which the color picker failure happens to me a couple of times, sometimes it happens more often and other times less, I don't know the reason. What I also said about stopping painting I have not succeeded because it happens less often, but basically it is that when it does not pick up the color, if I do not lift the brush and directly drag it, it does not paint until I lift it and put it back on the tablet . 2020-10-15 23-27-26.mkv
