ALe5
Hi, as soon I try to adjust "vertical" lens distortions the program quit unexpectedly. I find useful to save a little step in one of the other four lens correction adjustments, but not the vertical or a series of adjustments other wise will crash over and again. I find a trick that most of the time works. Once saved keep doing the work, most of the time will let me use the "vertical" and finish without crash. ALe5
Hello, the issue reported above is still annoying and sometime won't let me do the work. Is there any suggestion that may solve it? Thank you, regards
Staff Chris B Posted October 16, 2020 Staff Share Posted October 16, 2020 Hey ALe5, I can't seem to get the crash at all. Do you have any crash reports in: Affinity Store version - Go to %AppData%\Affinity\Photo\CrashReports\reports or Microsoft Store version - Go to %AppData%\Affinity\Photo\1.0 (Store)\CrashReports\reports You can acccess the AppData folder by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard and then just type %AppData% Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials

Staff Chris B Posted October 19, 2020 Staff Share Posted October 19, 2020 Hey ALe5, Try as I might, I cannot crash it so I will just pass the crash report to the developers as a bug report. Thanks! Staff Chris B Posted October 21, 2020 Staff Share Posted October 21, 2020 Yes once I get feedback. Out of curiosity, does this happen with other images—say one from the Stock Panel if you manually enter the Develop Persona? I've used jpegs and no it doesn't quit, isn't doing it even on converted full size NEF/SRW. It happens with NEF/SRW only... Staff Chris B Posted November 19, 2020 Staff Share Posted November 19, 2020 I haven't heard/seen anything I'm afraid. Are you choosing a lens profile or does it say (none)?
