In Photoshop curves adjustment you can click on a neutral grey and it will automatically color correct it. Is there something similar in AP?

Not at the moment but it has been requested before, so could come in a future update.  I know some people have found using the Curves or Levels adjustment can help fine tune the greys.

Also how do I use the color-pick tool for selective editing in the HSL and White Balance filter?

You can't sadly, the HSL and White Balance Filters don't currently have a picker you can use to sample the different colours.   The standard picker you see, is just for selecting a colour from the image.

I'm sure if any other users have any tips that can help, they will post shortly :)
