LM_ShutterPro
Hi there, I recently moved to an iMac from a MacBook Air. Running affinityphoto on my Air has been no problem, but since I have switched over, my iMac has had issues with panic restarts. I continue to use the software on my Air with no problems. Has anyone else had this issue? Is this a bug in the software?
Old Bruce
Hi and welcome to the forums @LM_ShutterPro, Is the iMac new or a number of years old, what OS is it running (is it the same as the Air) and finally how did you install Photo? Did you install from Migration Assistant, or did you use the Mac App Store or Affinity's Store? Is it the current retail version 1.8.4? Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.5.5 | Affinity Photo 2.5.5 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.5 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

wonderings
What else is running on your iMac? Kernal panics can be brought on by so many things. Is it a new iMac or a used one? Did you install RAM yourself or does it have RAM that is not from Apple?
