I have the latest versions of Publisher, Photo and Designer - 1.8.3.64 and Windows 10 64 Bit.  Studio Link is not working.  When attempting to access :Photo or Designer from Publisher I get the message that they are not installed (although they are and working OK independently) and to use Studio Link. I have not had problems in the past accessing them and it seems that the version update may have something to do with the problem.  Help please.

Studio Link is not working.

Have you run Photo and Designer (started them, closed them) at least once since the update, and before starting Publisher?

What does the error screen say, exactly? Can you give us a screenshot?

Thanks. The only other suggestion I have is to use Help > About in each application and confirm they're all at 1.8.3.

Perhaps it`s Covid 19!

:) So don’t use the apps without a mask. ;-)

Are they installed on the same disk? Hopefully Serif can help you soon.

Perhaps a reset (press CTRL when starting the app) and a repeated restart of the apps helps.

Finally resolved this issue after reinstalling all three programmes.  It didn`t work after the Publisher reinstall.  But did after I also reinstalled Designer and Photo.  I suspect it might have had something to do with the validation of one of the licenses.
