John Rostron Posted June 25, 2020 Posted June 25, 2020 What I think you are asking is: when you export a document, you are given the option to export it to the same folder/location as the original document. This has been requested several times, but I am not aware of any response from the developers. John Kobi 1 Quote Windows 11, Affinity Photo 2.4.2 Designer 2.4.2 and Publisher 2.4.2 (mainly Photo). Do you miss this option in the export dialog window? Quote • MacBookPro Retina 15" | macOS 10.14.6 | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1 • iPad 10.Gen. | iOS 18.5. | Affinity V2.6
walddys Posted July 14, 2020 Author Posted July 14, 2020 looks like XD, but i want a open folder Quote
Kobi Posted June 2, 2021 Posted June 2, 2021 Yes please add this. This hurts every day for so many times. I think the same folder like the original doc is in 99 out of 100 cases the folder you want to use. A checkbox to export to the same folder would be even better than to open the dialog with the same folder. This would save countless clicks and nerves. Quote
stefanjan Posted October 12, 2021 Posted October 12, 2021 I can't believe this issue hasn't been fixed. Quote
walddys Posted October 18, 2021 Author Posted October 18, 2021 Yeah, one person working with pictures and files, and the program can't give the option to open the folder where is saved, is a less point for the affinity suite. Quote
