Richard S. Posted April 27, 2020 Posted April 27, 2020 Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to stroke guides in the latest Affinity Designer? Maybe it exists, but I can't seem to find it? Thanks in advance. Quote High-End Photographic Prints
walt.farrell Posted April 27, 2020 Posted April 27, 2020 No, because Guides are not Objects, and only objects have strokes. However, you can use the Pen Tool to draw a line that is snapped to a Guide, and then you can stroke that line. Richard S. Posted April 27, 2020 Author Posted April 27, 2020 That's what I have being doing, but was hoping it was possible to automatically stroke all guides Thanks. Quote High-End Photographic Prints
walt.farrell Posted April 27, 2020 Posted April 27, 2020 You're welcome. If you'd like to see that function someday, you might want to post a Feature Request for it, e.g., in Feedback for Affinity Designer on Desktop. Or perhaps you'll find an existing request there to concur with. GarryP Posted April 28, 2020 Posted April 28, 2020 Just out of interest, why do you want to add a Stroke to all of the Guides? In other words, what are you trying to achieve? Quote
