Soundsystem00
i like this program and have been using it for a few months but i still have no idea why I have yet to find the eraser tool. I work by sketching with paint brush. The vector layers seem like they make a new layer out of every single stroke and no matter what I do, they wont merge, which is discouraging. Something just is not clicking in this program but I believe in this program and really want to break away from adobe and their invasive cloud / expensive prices. Thanks! You can merge them manually with Layer>Geometry>Merge Curves

However this results in a pixel layer so the vector advantages will not longer be available. It is also possible to merge vector shapes using the Geometry options such as Add. While this works well for shapes it may give undesirable results with brush strokes. You can instead use the Merge Curves command. This combines the curves (brush strokes) while retaining the vector format. It can also be reversed using the Separate Curves command. If you want to keep things tidy, you can name and or group layers into folders. This way they remain vectors and the layers are more easily managed. 1 hour ago, Soundsystem00 said: i still have no idea why I have yet to find the eraser tool. I work by sketching with paint brush. There is no eraser tool for vectors. You simply delete the layer or delete individual nodes. Pixel persona does have an eraser tool. Chillr2021
I'd love to know why it doesn't have an eraser tool though in designer, yeah theres one in pixel persona but just converts it to pixels so no good when wanting it to remain vectors. I think there should be a way to delete vector lines with an eraser brush like illustrator, I hope they add one soon.
