AspiringDesigner
iPad 7, latest iOS and app soft as of posting. I don’t know if it’s a bug or newbie mistake, but here I am trying to make one end of a curve (made with pen tool) thinner then the other end, and it doesn’t work... Staff Sean P Posted April 24, 2020 Staff Share Posted April 24, 2020 Hi AspiringDesigner You need to ensure that before drawing your strokes you have the Controller set to 'Pressure' - You can then control the pressure using the graph. Ideally it should allow you to control the pressure even if the controller was set to None - this is something we're aware of! I will get it bumped with development. Hi Sean, So I changed the controller to pressure and then moved circle in the graph and nothing. I’ll try redrawing it with pressure set from the get go. AspiringDesigner
Drawing from scratch with controller set to pressure works. Though where’s the controller for the pen tool? Or why can’t I change it’s controller to pressure after drawing. Anyway, I’m glad we have you Sean helping us with bugs and stuff 😄 Sean P

You need to draw a line(s) then select them with Move tool first. The Pen will retain the pressure setting when drawing new lines. Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen).
