Staff Sean P Posted April 15, 2020 Staff Posted April 15, 2020 Hi Lucas, Could you make the application crash in the manner you've shown above and then go to %AppData%\Affinity\Designer\1.0\CrashReports\reports\ and attach the .dmp file that matches the time and date of the crash. Also can you give some information on what hardware you have - particularly graphics adaptor? Have you updated the drivers of your graphics adaptor? Quote
Lucas Augusto Posted April 17, 2020 Author Posted April 17, 2020 (edited) Hi I partially solved the problem I have a problem with NVIDIA GeForce 920M drivers update, but I choose the default processor (Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500) in the Preferences and the app worked fine.
