It doesn't seem to get any smaller than this but it is tricky to get hold of. So a non-proportional option so it's like the mac or larger minimum size would be nice. Unless I've missed something and it can be disabled. Agreed. I have cursed over itsy bitsy tiny scrollbars in many programs. I have seen even smaller. Observation. On Windows 10 the size of the thumbnails matter. The smaller the thumbnail - the bigger the scrollbar. And vice versa. But I prefer big thumbnails so there.
