Today, I downloaded & installed the 90 day trial period on all 3 products. Initially, they all opened just fine. But now, none of them will open. I'm being asked my email address & the product key each time I try to open them but continually get the error message. What am I doing wrong? I don't want my 90 days to run out before I even get to try the product!

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, Jo.

When you start one of the Trial programs you should have several choices in the popup message. One of them should be "Continue Trial". Just click on that.

Thank you, So Much!! I assumed it was a '2-parter' & I must enter the product key THEN, when granted, I would select "Continue Trial". No wonder I never got past the product key!!! Thank you for your time & patience, both are much appreciated by this old lady! :)
