Jo Williams Posted April 5, 2020 Share Posted April 5, 2020 Today, I downloaded & installed the 90 day trial period on all 3 products. Initially, they all opened just fine. But now, none of them will open. I'm being asked my email address & the product key each time I try to open them but continually get the error message. What am I doing wrong? When you start one of the Trial programs you should have several choices in the popup message. One of them should be "Continue Trial". Just click on that. I assumed it was a '2-parter' & I must enter the product key THEN, when granted, I would select "Continue Trial". No wonder I never got past the product key!!!
