  1. Thank you, So Much!! I assumed it was a '2-parter' & I must enter the product key THEN, when granted, I would select "Continue Trial". No wonder I never got past the product key!!! Thank you for your time & patience, both are much appreciated by this old lady!
  2. I downloaded all 3 of the 90 day free products on 4-05-20. I entered the given product licence keys but am still unable to open the programs. Help, Please! What am I doing wrong?
  3. Today, I downloaded & installed the 90 day trial period on all 3 products. Initially, they all opened just fine. But now, none of them will open. I'm being asked my email address & the product key each time I try to open them but continually get the error message. What am I doing wrong? I don't want my 90 days to run out before I even get to try the product!
