lepr Posted April 5, 2020 Posted April 5, 2020 Welcome to the Affinity forums! These commands (in the Edit menu) do not have shortcuts by default, but they can be set up in the Keyboard Shortcuts section of the app preferences. md3likan 1 Quote

If you cannot get any key combination at all to work, then post a bug report in the appropriate forum for Photo on Windows or macOS. Quote
Murfee Posted April 5, 2020 Posted April 5, 2020 Also it will need to be a pixel selection and the paint bucket tool selected. If it is a shape then the fill colours are for Fill or Stroke, not primary & secondary md3likan 1 Quote

So I suppose it could be argued that vector objects do not have primary & secondary colors, which is why "Fill With Primary Color" & "Fill With Secondary Color" do not work with them ... but if that is true, then why aren't those two Edit menu items greyed out when the selected item is one that does not have those color properties? 🤔 Quote All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.5.7 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7 All 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.7

Selected objects of type Pixel, Mask, Adjustment, Live Filter and Fill will be affected, but the commands work regardless of there being a pixel selection (if none, the entire object(s) will be filled) and any tool can be active. The application has primary and secondary colours which can be applied by tools and commands. The two commands under discussion are designed to affect raster objects only - Pixel, Mask and the built-in raster mask of Fill, Live Filter and Adjustment. Yes, it would be sensible if the commands were greyed out when no selected object is applicable. Quote
