Hello. I've downloaded free 90-days trial, tried the software, liked it, decided to purchase my copy and went to the order page. There I've entered my personal data (name/password), my e-mail address, card number and then proceeded to checkout — got nothing in return.

I haven't receive neither confirmation e-mail, nor registration key. That's weird, because prior to that, before downloading trial version of Affinity Photo, I received an e-mail with 3 keys for every single software product (Photo/Designer/Publisher). I'm absolutely sure I've entered my e-mail address right in both cases.

The bank did accept the transaction: my money was written off from the card. Still, my download page at Affinity Store is empty, no registration key was given. Support at the Facebook page doesn't respond, so I've sent an e-mail to affinityorders@serif.com. Not sure if I'll get response there either.

In an e-mail you've told that I will get my refund in few days. Fast forward a week — no refund was given, no registration key was given as well. You did nothing to resolve my issue, so by that you've earned a pissed off customer.

Basically, Affinity is a scam. I'll be advising anyone trying your software product against purchasing it.

According to our emails, your payment was refused by your bank, so it was never received by us, and we considered the matter closed. Your account is empty as Serif never completed the order as we got no payment. We do not scam anyone.

You were told to contact your bank regarding this, as normally our customers get back to us and say the money never actually left their account in the first place.

I suggest You should reply to your Customer Service email from @Adam and tell him what your bank said rather than come here. Any technical info would help in your email, as most forum staff do not have access to the payment system and personal info does not belong on the forums, for safety and security reasons, so we cannot look into this, but AffinityOrders@serif.com should be able to advise you if you give them the bank transaction ID.
