Once Serif decide to create and release version 2 you will have the option to purchase the upgrade, but your existing version 1 will continue to run until Microsoft or Apple, depending on your OS, make a change to that OS which renders the software potentially unusable. If you are not happy to enter your credit card details, which I believe are NOT stored and retained, how do you expect to be able to pay for the software??? My guess is that @lucas123 is in the Netherlands and wants to use iDEAL (similar to PayPal) instead of a credit card.
