In which Application? ADesigner, APublisher or APhoto? In all of them you can drag them out of the ruler (if visible) with the Move tool. Additionally you can configure the guide lines from View -> Guides Manager.

If you're talking about seeing them on a document page (and if you're talking about Affinity Publisher): Try first displaying the ruler — Control+R in the Windows version. Then you can drag guidelines out from the top or left edges. Works for me anyway. I find that if Show Guides is OFF, pulling a guideline onto the page turns Show Guides on again.

Affinity Publisher and Photo 1.8.3 (Windows). Lenovo laptop with decidedly sub-optimal monitor. At least it works.

Thanks,

It´s in design and photos I look for the lines. Used to  photoshop.

I go and try. This is my first try with the program.

Once again, big thanks
