jackamus
Can you please make the version number larger on the 'About Affinity' menu larger. It is very tiny and I need to put my glasses on to ready it. Just change the font size. As in the previous version when I decide to change the page size it always automatically margins where the original page size had no margins'? Why isn't the original page format carried forward into thy new size? I flagged this up a long time ago and it was acknowledged as something to be changed. Dan C
Hi jackamus Thanks for your suggestion, I'll move your thread into the relevant section of the forums for our devs to see and consider. I believe you're referring to the following report - Unfortunately this is still with our development team to be fixed and is marked as 'unresolved' at this time, my sincerest apologies. jackamus
That's correct I did raise it in 2019! How did this get missed? What's the point of making suggestions, having them acknowledged and then 'forgotten'? Have I got to wait another year before it gets updated? Dan C
Unfortunately I'm not privy to the developers processes and therefore I cannot comment here. I believe our developers prioritise bug reports by severity and the number of times they're reported and work down this list. Alongside this we're still adding new features into each build of Affinity and these can introduce newer issues on their own and therefore certain issues have to take priority over others. Of course, I am not a developer so I can't say this for certain, but from what I understand and what I've seen them post here previously, this is more or less their process. We do care about the 'smaller' issues and each one of our latest releases has included a very long list of bug fixes - some major and some minor. Rest assured we're still working to improve and update the app, and I'm certain this will be addressed in due course, but I must ask that you have some patience here.
