catlover Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 Both versions of Photo , Retail & Beta 181 and 182.173 It is impossible to move placed guides on-the-fly within the canvas using the node tool. It is only possible to move them when the pointer is INSIDE the rulers (H & V). It used to be possible in earlier versions, e.e. 1.7.XXX This goes for both versions of Photo as well, retail & Beta.181 & 182.173 Best, C.L. - See for example the Mov file attached to this same bug report for Designer Beta.

You can't move guides with the Node Tool (within the canvas) in v1.7.3 either (only over the rulers area). The only tool that allows you to move guides within the canvas is the Move Tool. Additionally, all vector tools let you move the guides but ONLY over the rulers area. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
