An Old Divide Bug But Still Here

Trying to divide four overlapping circles and instead of getting the 13 parts you would expect, I get 261!!!
248 microscopic splines from the edges of two of the circles.
I’ve been seeing this happen since ADes 1.7. User ELinder originally reported it here:

This is still happening in ADes 1.8.1 too.
Samples with history made in AD1.7.3 and AD1.8.1.
