Petr Lobaz
Hi, the info panel shows RGB color values regardless the bit depth, i.e., white is always 255/255/255 in both 8bit and 16bit images. Is it possible to swich between value formats, such as 8-bit value, 16-bit value, percent, etc.? Petr
Staff Callum Posted January 7, 2020 Staff Share Posted January 7, 2020 Hi Petr Lobaz, Welcome to the forums There is no way to do this I'm afraid, I will move this into the feature requests section as I think it will make a great addition to the app. Thanks Callum Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP. Fritz_H
@Callum Allow me to add this follow-up question: Does the color-picker work with correct bit-length/Color-Parameters? thanks. kind regards Fritz
MxHeppa
in colour window there is right side button where lines and pointer where is popup menu where you can select 8bit/16vit/precent. at least Affinity Photo and Windows. there is some other things as well related how colours are selected etc. but io found bug hex values in 16bit uses only 0000-00FF range.
