FMatos Posted January 7, 2020 Posted January 7, 2020 Running Affinity photo 1.7.3.155 on an iPad Pro 12.9 second gen with iOS 13.3. I was working on a project and noticed the app was running slower, so I went out to the app’s home page by clicking on the arrow on the left. A few seconds after I went to another app (without force closing Photo), and when I came back to Photo, the app was scratched from memory (loaded from the splash screen), and my changes the last hour were gone. I read the app is supposed to auto save each 5 minutes, but something must’ve went wrong there as I lost at least one hour of work. During that hour I closed and opened many different projects in the app, so it should have saved them, but it didn’t, or it reversed to an earlier save by itself. Needless to say, not being able to trust the save function is a deal breaker. Quote
Staff Chris B Posted January 7, 2020 Staff Posted January 7, 2020 Hey FMatos, I'm sorry you lost the work I've spent a bit of time this morning trying to reproduce what happened but I am struggling. Are you able to reproduce this on a test document by any chance? Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
Willbilly Posted January 10, 2020 Posted January 10, 2020 This happened to me last night, along with random crashes. Quote
