Or you can draw a Pie, move the orange handles to get the shape you want, convert to curves, break the curve at the pointy-end and delete the unwanted lines (and remove the fill if there is one).
I’m sure there will be plenty of other ways to do this.

I think snilloc want's to draw a 1/4 ellipse with the pen tool and have a perfect radius
