Hi and welcome,

in such cases I personally load that image into a layer, lock it and lower it's visability, using the original as an template. Then I try to redraw on top of that...

...and sometimes convert to curves and adjusting nodes then, so that things at the end look hopefully similar to the original one. Here's the result in AD ...

When getting the exact same shape is very difficult or too time consuming, then there is also image tracing/vectorization ...
