Hi there, Over the years of using Designer v1, I got accustomed to setting up multiple related items as artboards in a single Designer file—all of the print ads or posters for a particular campaign, for example. Although I found the bleed display bug frustrating as others did, at least any exported PDFs always displayed the bleed as they should. It looks like in v2 this no longer works—I've tried several times to export PDFs from artboards which have bleed active, and would have worked in v1, that do not work in v2. Thankfully there is a workaround... if I open the Designer file in Publisher and convert to spreads, I can export a PDF that includes bleed. But it would be extremely helpful to have the bug in Designer fixed so I can just use my usual Export persona workflow again! Thank you!

I have two 70x100 cm poster artboards I need to export to PDF and send to the printer, but it keeps crashing. Also tried to export at 150dpi (instead of 300), but it takes ages to complete the "Export Item" process. Bug: as soon as I add a filter ie Brightness/Contrast the PDF export does make the bleed a white area. Settings with bleed in export being correct: Export with filter enabled and incorrect bleed export: Please see source .afdesign used attached affinity-bug.afdesign

Hello! I am having issues with Affinity Designer not exporting the crop marks properly on a booklet I'm trying to send to print. The bleeds are not working properly. Each finished page is 7" x 10" and I am trying to export bleeds and crop marks at .125" around each edge. I tried transforming each page to 7.25 x 10.25 thinking maybe I had to take account of the bleeds in the page size, but that didn't seem to work either. I made sure to 'include bleeds' when exporting. I am on a tight timeline to send to print and I am unable to fix this myself. Is anyone able to help?

Hello, Here the problems : 1/ It's possible to create bleeds in a Designer document, but not to see them. View > View mode > Clip to canvas is inaccessible (grey) and always checked. Don't know if it is a bug but it's difficult to design if we can not see the whole artboard with the bleed. 2/ When exporting artboard to PDF, checking "Include bleed" doesn't include bleed. The document is cropped at is final dimension. I think this is a bug. For me it make artboard unusable for printing document. Affinity Designer 2.1.0 Mac version Ventura 13.4

Hi, on Affinity Designer when exporting as PDF the bleed portion of the image is not rendered in the output, in an filter/adjustment is in place. See attachments, with same export settings (include bleed), when the image adjustment is enabled, the PDF export is missing bleed. bleed-test.afdesignI'm including the test file too.
