Okay all, here's what I've been up to: it's 35 pages, almost 100 images, tutorial on beginning to use Affinity Designer. It one of my "In Action" tutorials, where we start right off creating new documents and learn all kinds of stuff along the way. It's not just a "How to do this" tutorial, it's a "How to do this because..." tutorial. Sometimes it's good to get the whys of things as much as the how. Hopefully, this tutorial begins to do it. Is there anywhere I can find a list of all the possible keyboard short-cuts for Affinity Designer? Just want to look up to see what are some possible ones. Thanks!

I bought Affinity after seeing a great review because I want to teach myself some basic graphic design skills. So I have no foundational knowledge in design - where would I find a basic guideline about the function of all the tools? A basic 'how-to' for the total novice? I have looked at the Vimeo vids and they are great but they assume a level of skill in design that I dont have. Any advice/guidance much appreciated.

In the Tutorial for DrawPlus 6 under "Drawings and Shapes > Off Canvas<" one has to select a star and adjust Points, Minor Radius and Inner Radius. Affinity only has the ability to adjust the Points and Inner Radius. Is there some other way to create the star shape in that lesson? Please see attached.
